Deliver Your Exams in Pakistan

The International Quality & Qualification Assessment Centre (IQQAC) is a test centre in Karachi and Hyderabad. We host exams on behalf of awarding bodies, testing networks and professional institutes that need a secure, supervised venue in Pakistan — whether the exam is a language test, an IT certification, a medical or licensing exam, or a professional qualification.

We are an official LanguageCert partner, and our centres are open to any organisation that needs exam delivery in Pakistan.

What we take responsibility for

  • The venue — computer-based test labs with individual, partitioned stations, and separate rooms for paper-based or speaking exams.
  • Candidate security — photo ID verification against your register, personal lockers for belongings, no phones or materials beyond the test room, CCTV coverage of testing areas.
  • Invigilation — trained administrators who follow your procedures, and who are briefed and retrained whenever those procedures change.
  • Technical delivery — individual computer-based workstations, broadband connectivity, and equipment checks before every session. Exact station counts, workstation specifications and connectivity arrangements are set out in our centre documentation and confirmed at the application stage.
  • Reporting — attendance, incident and session reports in the format you require.

What stays with you

Booking, eligibility, exam content, scoring and programme policy remain entirely yours. IQQAC does not advise candidates on results or make exceptions to your rules. This separation is what keeps an exam defensible, and we hold it strictly.

Why Pakistan, and why Karachi

Pakistan sends large numbers of candidates abroad every year for study, work and professional registration, and most of them must sit a test before they go. Karachi is the country’s largest city and its main departure point, with candidates travelling in from across Sindh and Balochistan. Our Hyderabad branch covers the interior of the province, so candidates who would otherwise travel several hours have a nearer option.

How a partnership starts

  1. Introductory call — you describe the exam, the delivery model and your centre requirements.
  2. Centre review — we send our facility documentation and complete your audit, inspection or approval process.
  3. Setup and training — your software is installed and our invigilators are trained on your procedures.
  4. First sessions — we run a pilot, report on it, and scale from there.

We also prepare candidates

Alongside exam delivery, IQQAC runs preparation classes and mock tests, and sells exam vouchers. Partners therefore reach candidates who arrive prepared and already registered.

Frequently asked questions

Which cities do you cover? Karachi (head office, North Nazimabad) and Hyderabad. We can arrange additional venues for high-volume sessions.

Are you already approved by any network? We are an official LanguageCert partner. For other networks we are an applicant centre and ready to go through the approval process.

How many candidates can you seat at once? Capacity differs between the Karachi and Hyderabad centres, and current seating for both is set out in our centre documentation. Tell us the volume you need and we will tell you plainly whether we can meet it.

Can you deliver paper-based exams as well as computer-based? Our labs are built for computer-based delivery, and we have separate rooms that suit paper-based and speaking components. Tell us the format and we will confirm what we can run for your exam.

Do you handle candidate bookings? Only if you want us to. By default booking and eligibility stay with the exam sponsor.

How quickly can you start? Setup and invigilator training begin as soon as approval is granted. We give you a dated plan at the introductory call, once we know what your software and procedures require.
