If your organisation needs candidates tested in Pakistan, you need a venue that will pass your audit, staff who will follow your procedures exactly, and reports you can rely on. IQQAC runs invigilated test centres in Karachi and Hyderabad and works as the local delivery partner for organisations that award qualifications from elsewhere.

We are an official LanguageCert partner. For every other network and awarding body, we are an applicant centre — ready to go through your approval process, not claiming an approval we don’t hold.

What partnering with us involves

You keep exam content, booking, eligibility, scoring and policy. Every decision that affects a candidate’s result stays with you.

We provide the venue, the invigilation, the candidate experience and the reporting. We follow your procedures as written, and we don’t interpret them for candidates.

That line is the whole basis of the relationship. A centre that blurs it creates exactly the disputes an awarding body can’t afford, so we hold it strictly and we train to it.

The approval process, step by step

  1. Introductory call. You describe the exam, the delivery model, your volume expectations and your centre requirements. We tell you honestly whether we can meet them, and where we’d need to invest.
  2. Documentation and audit. We complete your centre application, send facility documentation and photographs, and make the centre available for inspection — remote or in person.
  3. Systems and training. Your software is installed and configured on our workstations. Our administrators are trained on your procedures and sit whatever certification you require.
  4. Pilot session. We run a first session at low volume, report on it in full, and fix anything the report surfaces before scaling.
  5. Live delivery. Regular sessions, with attendance, incident and session reporting in your format and to your schedule.

Time from approval to first session depends on your software, your training requirements and your audit schedule, and we give you a dated plan at the introductory call. The audit stage is usually the longest, and it moves at your pace rather than ours.

Our centres

Karachi — head office. North Nazimabad, Karachi 74600. Individual computer-based testing stations, with separate rooms available for speaking tests and paper-based exams. Station counts and technical specifications are set out in our centre documentation.

Hyderabad — branch. Autobahn Road, Hyderabad. Computer-based testing stations serving candidates across interior Sindh.

Our centres have ID verification at reception, lockers for candidate belongings, a supervised waiting area separate from the test room, and CCTV coverage of testing areas.

Karachi is Pakistan’s largest city and its main international departure point, and candidates travel in from across Sindh and Balochistan. Hyderabad covers the interior of the province, which otherwise means a three-hour journey each way for a candidate sitting a two-hour exam.

Why Pakistan is worth a centre

Pakistan sends a large and growing number of candidates abroad each year for study, employment and professional registration, and most of them must pass a test before they go. Candidates who can’t reach a local centre either travel at their own expense or don’t test at all — which shows up in your numbers as suppressed demand rather than as a complaint.

Are you already approved by any network? We are an official LanguageCert partner. For every other network we are an applicant centre and ready to begin your approval process.

Which cities do you cover? Karachi (North Nazimabad) and Hyderabad. We can arrange additional venues for high-volume sessions on request.

How many candidates can you seat at once? Capacity differs between the Karachi and Hyderabad centres, and current seating for both is set out in our centre documentation. Tell us the volume you need and we will tell you plainly whether we can meet it.

Can you deliver paper-based exams as well as computer-based? Our labs are built for computer-based delivery, and we have separate rooms that suit paper-based and speaking components. Tell us the format and we will confirm what we can run for your exam.

Do you handle candidate bookings? Only if you want us to. By default booking and eligibility stay with you.

Will you meet our security and audit requirements? We run controlled, invigilated exam rooms and will complete your centre approval process in full. Where a requirement needs equipment we don’t yet have, we’ll tell you at the introductory call rather than at the audit.
