IQQAC is not currently a Pearson VUE Authorised Test Centre. We are a Karachi-based test centre available to deliver Pearson VUE exams in Pakistan, and ready to complete the Pearson VUE centre approval process.

Pearson VUE is one of the largest computer-based testing networks in the world. Its centres deliver IT and vendor certification, professional and licensure exams, and admission and language tests, on behalf of the programme owners who contract with it.

What runs on the Pearson VUE network

Programmes that deliver through Pearson VUE typically include vendor IT certification, professional and accountancy qualifications, licensure programmes, and academic and language admission tests. The exact catalogue is set by Pearson VUE and its programme owners, and candidates book through Pearson VUE’s own system rather than through a centre.

If you are a candidate with a Pearson VUE exam already booked: your booking, your test date and your seat are managed by Pearson VUE, not by us. We are not currently able to host Pearson VUE sessions, so please use the centre shown in your confirmation.

What IQQAC would provide as a centre

  • Testing stations — individual computer-based stations in Karachi, partitioned to prevent overlooking, with station counts and workstation specifications set out in our centre documentation.
  • Connectivity — broadband connectivity, with equipment checks before every session and the full technical specification provided at the application stage.
  • Candidate security — photo ID verification against your register, lockers for all personal belongings, no materials into the test room, CCTV coverage of testing areas.
  • Invigilation — administrators trained on your procedures, retrained whenever those procedures change, and certified to whatever standard the network requires.
  • Reporting — attendance, incident and session reports in your format.
  • Two locations — Karachi (North Nazimabad) and Hyderabad (Autobahn Road).

Who does what

Pearson VUE and the programme owner control the exam content, the candidate’s eligibility, the booking system, the scoring and the policy. A centre controls the room, the identity check, the invigilation and the candidate’s experience on the day. IQQAC would operate strictly on the centre side of that line.

Frequently asked questions

Is IQQAC a Pearson VUE Authorised Test Centre? No. We are a Karachi-based test centre that is ready to complete Pearson VUE’s centre approval process. Today we are an official LanguageCert partner, and that is the only network approval we hold.

Can I sit a Pearson VUE exam at IQQAC? Not at present. If you have a Pearson VUE exam booked, sit it at the centre named in your confirmation.

What would approval involve? Pearson VUE sets its own centre requirements, application process and audit. We would complete them in full, and we would rather be told our facilities need an upgrade than skip a step.

Which Pakistani cities would you cover? Karachi and Hyderabad, with additional venues possible for high-volume sessions.
